Service Description
If you like deep pressure, this is the one for you. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual needs. Recommended for people who have suffered an injury or have chronic pain that has left them with reduced movement or mobility. Techniques used may include. Trigger point massage Soft tissue release Friction massage Muscle energy techniques These sessions may include the use of pumping cups and trigger point tools. Please note: This session is suitable for one area of concern and you may need to book additional sessions to cover more areas.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS Out of respect for everyone's time & commitments, R&R requests a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of any rearrangements or cancellations, no refund will be given. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however we need strict policies in place to protect our business. We appreciate your understanding. LATE ARRIVAL We will always do our best to accommodate your full treatment time. However, your treatment may be shortened if necessary, so that commitments can be kept to other clients appointments that may follow yours to ensure their treatments begin on time. Refunds are not given for shortened treatments as a result of late arrival. Any lateness greater than 10 minutes may require you to reschedule your appointment and you may be charged the fee in accordance with cancellation policy.
