Providing effective pain management solutions for: - Mobility issues - Extreme tightness - Injuries - Joint pain - Back issues Our therapeutic techniques include: - Trigger point therapy - Muscle energy techniques - Soft tissue release - Cupping This massage is suitable for everyday body pain. This time frame is for one area only to allow the muscles to be prepared for the deep tissue to get the best results. A treatment plan will be put into place to support your needs.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS Out of respect for everyone's time & commitments, R&R requests a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of any rearrangements or cancellations, no refund will be given. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however we need strict policies in place to protect our business. We appreciate your understanding. LATE ARRIVAL We will always do our best to accommodate your full treatment time. However, your treatment may be shortened if necessary, so that commitments can be kept to other clients appointments that may follow yours to ensure their treatments begin on time. Refunds are not given for shortened treatments as a result of late arrival. Any lateness greater than 10 minutes may require you to reschedule your appointment and you may be charged the fee in accordance with cancellation policy.
