Whether your body needs focused work on your back, neck and shoulders, or a full-body rejuvenation, your treatment will be adapted to exactly what you need. We blend a range of therapies—massage, reflexology, facial work, Indian head massage—creating a seamless, deeply restorative experience in one all-inclusive session. Our wellbeing membership is designed for people who are ready to properly prioritise themselves, not just as a one-off, but as part of their routine. For £100 a month (just £25 a week), you’ll receive a fully tailored massage every month. This isn’t a set treatment — each session is based on what your body needs at the time. So one month we might focus on tension in your back and shoulders, another could be full relaxation, lymphatic work, or even hot stones{bookable in advance } These treatments are normally up to £140, so you’re getting a really good saving, but more importantly, you’re giving yourself that consistent time to reset and properly look after your wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS Out of respect for everyone's time & commitments, R&R requests a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of any rearrangements or cancellations, no refund will be given. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however we need strict policies in place to protect our business. We appreciate your understanding. LATE ARRIVAL We will always do our best to accommodate your full treatment time. However, your treatment may be shortened if necessary, so that commitments can be kept to other clients appointments that may follow yours to ensure their treatments begin on time. Refunds are not given for shortened treatments as a result of late arrival. Any lateness greater than 10 minutes may require you to reschedule your appointment and you may be charged the fee in accordance with cancellation policy.
