Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS A minimum of one week's notice is required to change your course date. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly; however, we need clear policies in place to protect our business and the availability we hold for other students. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if sufficient notice is not given. COURSE BALANCE The remaining course balance must be paid in full no later than one week before your course date. This allows us to confirm numbers and prepare materials in good time. COURSE MATERIALS Course theory and manuals will not be released until the course has been paid in full.
