Sports Massage – Supports performance and recovery, whether you're in training, post-competition, or just keeping active.
Deep Tissue Massage – Targets deeper muscle layers to ease tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility.
Cupping Therapy – Uses gentle suction to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, and support recovery.
Strapping & Taping – Offers extra support for joints and muscles, ideal for injury prevention and active recovery.


We work with a wide range of clients—from older adults managing ongoing discomfort, to mums dealing with day-to-day tension, to athletes looking to stay on top of niggles and perform at their best.
